2. Team brainstorms two lists of factors that relate to the problem such as outcomes or actions.

3. Team rates the items by importance, 1-10, 10 being most important.

4. Draw lines between related items in each list.

5. Review and Refine.

6. List insights.

7. Take actions based on the insights.
