8 Count Shake
1. Either by yourself or in a circle with other people start by shaking your right hand while counting from 1- 8.
2. Now do the same with your left hand and then your right foot and after, your left.
3. Now while shaking out your right hand count down from 7-1, then the left hand and both feet.
4.Repeat this sequence again this time counting down from 6- 1 and continue to repeat the whole sequence until you get to 1 on each hand and foot.
